Reba McEntire's Parents Hit By Drunken Driver

The parents of Oklahoma native and country music star Reba McEntire escaped injury Wednesday when an alleged drunken driver hit their vehicle, Eyewitness News 5 has learned.

Clark and Jaqueline McEntire, both in their late 70s, were hit by Bobby Reeves, 24, of Atoka at about 4:30 p.m. Thursday near their Stringtown ranch. The couple were driving a 2000 model white Lincoln Town Car, police said.

Reeves faces charges of driving while intoxicated and transporting an open container.
