REBA'S FUDGE NUT PIE
1/4 cup margarine
2-1 oz. squares unsweetened chocolate
3 eggs slightly beaten
3/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped pecans
1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell
Combine butter and chocolate in a small saucepan. Heat until melted. Set aside. Cool.
Combine eggs and sugar, blend well. Stir in chocolate mixture, corn syrup, vanilla, salt. Blend well.
Pour into pastry shell. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. To serve, top each slice with whipped cream if desired.
