CMAs get new MCs (Brooks & Dunn)
It's going to be weird turning on the 38th annual Country Music Association's awards show tomorrow night and not seeing jolly Vince Gill beaming at us all and making with the self-deprecating jokes.
He's done a great job hosting the CMAs these past 12 years but in August he announced wanted a break from it.
Right away, I feared they might give it to Reba and my blood ran cold. Ninety minutes of her aw-shucks posturing and that ear-bleeding, Ross Perot accent would have had me diving for the remote at about Minute 2.
